Allure Dance is registered with the State of Florida as Follow your Hart LLC, a Dance Studio. Registration (EIN) 47-2515237. The membership is subject to the following:</p><p>ONLINE GUEST ONLINE GUEST agrees that there is a one month minimum for the membership and that the month begins on the date of purchase, and renews automatically each month after the above captioned period. Each unlimited membership includes all classes and events as specified on our website www.alluredanceorlando.com.</p><p>Upon executing the contract the membership may also be cancelled penalty-free within 1 day, of its making, upon the mailing or delivery of written notice to Allure Dance. Allure Dance shall refund upon such notice all moneys paid under the contract except the amount for dance studio services or lessons actually rendered or to have been rendered, by contract, during the number of days prior to the cancellation notice. A refund shall be issued within 30 days after receipt of the notice of cancellation. (Any items given to you for free and any classes attended will be charged to you at the drop in rate, and cannot be returned.)</p><p>ONLINE GUEST ONLINE GUEST will complete of the initial 1 month minimum, after that it goes month to month which is called 30/30/30. You will then be a member for thirty (30) days for unlimitedclasses, or a limited number of classes for the part time membership, it will auto-renew for thirty (30) days at a time and if you no longer wish to be part of the club, do so by notifying Allure Dance in writing via email to kk@alluredanceorlando.com, thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date. The member’s credit card will be charged each month on the renewal date.</p><p>It is highly recommended that you interactively sign up for classes online to reserve a space in a given space. Our Studio has a maximum capacity of 25 people at any given time. If the studio is full, you will be turned away. The unlimited membership does not guarantee you a spot if we have reached our maximum capacity. It is not the responsibility of the studio to ensure you are taking classes. Lack of visits to the studio does not waive client from any membership fees.</p><p>ONLINE GUEST ONLINE GUEST understands that all classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you sign up for a class, do not cancel in Mind body online, and do not show up for the class, there is a $5 no-show fee that will be changed to your account for each occurrence.</p><p>In the event you utilize our services for classes that are not part of your membership, you authorize Allure Dance to charge you the list rate for each of these classes/services utilized.</p><p>Pole fitness is not recommended for women who are pregnant, at any stage of the pregnancy. If you become pregnant during the tenure of your membership with Allure Dance, Inc., you must advise management immediately so we may address medical concerns for your safety as well as the safety of your unborn child. We understand the necessity of continuing to maintain a healthy lifestyle while you are pregnant; therefore, we invite you to any of our non-pole fitness classes. Allure Dance is registered with the State of Florida as Follow your Hart LLC, a Dance Studio. Registration (EIN) 47-2515237. The membership is subject to the following:</p><p>ONLINE GUEST ONLINE GUEST agrees that there is a twelve month minimum for the membership and that the month begins on the date of purchase, and renews automatically each month after the above captioned period. Each unlimited membership includes all classes and events as specified on our website www.alluredanceorlando.com.</p><p>Upon executing the contract the membership may also be cancelled penalty-free within 1 day, of its making, upon the mailing or delivery of written notice to Allure Dance. Allure Dance shall refund upon such notice all moneys paid under the contract except the amount for dance studio services or lessons actually rendered or to have been rendered, by contract, during the number of days prior to the cancellation notice. A refund shall be issued within 30 days after receipt of the notice of cancellation. (Any items given to you for free and any classes attended will be charged to you at the drop in rate, and cannot be returned.)</p><p>ONLINE GUEST ONLINE GUEST will complete of the initial twelve month minimum, after that it goes month to month which is called 30/30/30. You will then be a member for thirty (30) days for unlimitedclasses, or a limited number of classes for the part time membership, it will auto-renew for thirty (30) days at a time and if you no longer wish to be part of the club, do so by notifying Allure Dance in writing via email to kk@alluredanceorlando.com, thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date. The member’s credit card will be charged each month on the renewal date.</p><p>It is highly recommended that you interactively sign up for classes online to reserve a space in a given space. Our Studio has a maximum capacity of 25 people at any given time. If the studio is full, you will be turned away. The unlimited membership does not guarantee you a spot if we have reached our maximum capacity. It is not the responsibility of the studio to ensure you are taking classes. Lack of visits to the studio does not waive client from any membership fees.</p><p>ONLINE GUEST ONLINE GUEST understands that all classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you sign up for a class, do not cancel in Mind body online, and do not show up for the class, there is a $5 no-show fee that will be changed to your account for each occurrence.</p><p>In the event you utilize our services for classes that are not part of your membership, you authorize Allure Dance to charge you the list rate for each of these classes/services utilized.</p><p>Pole fitness is not recommended for women who are pregnant, at any stage of the pregnancy. If you become pregnant during the tenure of your membership with Allure Dance, Inc., you must advise management immediately so we may address medical concerns for your safety as well as the safety of your unborn child. We understand the necessity of continuing to maintain a healthy lifestyle while you are pregnant; therefore, we invite you to any of our non-pole fitness classes. You may be eligible to continue with introduction to pole dancing classes, upon confirmation by management and receipt by Allure Dance, Inc. of a medical release from your doctor specifically addressing this type of fitness.</p><p>In paying the first month's payment, I, ONLINE GUEST ONLINE GUEST, agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above, including all cancellation charges, waiver of liability, additional charges and notice needed to stop membership.
